Introduction
Ugly or missing previews hurt clicks. Here’s the setup that makes your shared links look perfect every time.
1) Use Rank Math Defaults
In Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Posts:
Title format: %title% | The Odun Design
Description: %seo_description% or %excerpt%
In General Settings → Social Meta: enable Open Graph + set a default image (1200×630).
2) For Each Post
Add a featured image (1200×630).
Write a meta description (≤160 chars).
Keep the slug short.
3) Clear Caches
Purge WordPress/host/CDN caches after updates.
4) Refresh Scraper
Use Facebook Sharing Debugger → Scrape Again to force new previews (WhatsApp uses the same crawler).
5) Quick Fix
If an old preview persists, append ?v=2 to your URL when sharing.
